If cutting into the wall isn't an option — for example, in a rental, or on brick and concrete walls — a paintable cord cover can run down the wall's surface, hiding the cables inside a slim channel that can be painted to match your wall color. It's not completely invisible, but from a normal viewing distance it blends in well.
Option 3: Furniture and Layout Tricks

What About the Power Cord?
